Well it seems yet again certain parties are paying attention, maybe the website of the owner operator concerned in our previous article is keeping a close eye on everything we do!!!
Or the trust a trader scheme is doing a good job at keeping false claims to a minimum.
If you have read our previous post then you will realise that our prime goal is to protect the consumer whether they use our services or not, as Devon’s most highly recommended and best carpet and upholstery cleaning service we consider it our mission not to allow other carpet cleaners in this area and the other counties we cover mislead the public.

Any way, it turns out after only 1 day of this article being published that the website in question has changed his statement….How Strange!
The website in question now reads “Probably The Best Carpet Cleaning In Devon”, still a lie but not quite so direct, either he read our article or the trading standards have been in touch, maybe both.
As most of you can see by the action taken, the individual in question is trying to be clever, we think it’s just dishonest! and whats more we know the that avearge Devon consumer is just not that naive.
We are also aware that the individual concerned being fair to him, as we always try to be, is “probably” competent at his job, or at least we hope so, but has just bitten off more than he can chew by making such a bold statement.
However, he now complies with trading standards, and has the uneviable task of putting his money where his mouth is.
