We have to say that the last 20 years or so has been very challenging and extremely hard work, from our loyal, oh so hard working cleaning technicians, to the girls looking after the 10 booking lines in our crazy offices, to Melanie and her team of domestic cleaners, Sue for all her hard work in customer services, Phil for being the best boss in the world, did i just say that! right down to little gemma for making a great cup of tea, they have all worked so hard and continue to do so.
But none of it would have been possible unless we had you, our loyal, wonderful customers, without you we would not have such a great, busy, business, a business to be truly proud of.
We thank you all very much for all the wonderful recommendations you continually supply us with, whenever any of us are having a tough day it can be really uplifting to read through some of them, just to remind ourselves why we work so hard, and how we do things, is the way it should be done, ‘You won’t find better service and workmanship, or your money back’ is not an easy slogan to live up to, but as you all keep telling us, we do it extremely well. So thank you again for all your words of recommendation and encouragement.
Over the years we have seen many carpet and upholstery cleaning companies in Devon come
and go, and there are many reasons for that. When we first started out on this venture we wondered if we may fall by the way side as others have, fortunately we learned quickly that customers are not stupid, they know when they are receiving their monies worth, great service and workmanship is so very hard to come by these days, we learnt very early on that we must listen to you, to discover exactly what it is you expect, and of course, deserve.
We will continue to serve you the only way we know how, to the absolute best of our abilities, as we always have, as a customer said to me the other day whilst i was having a moment of weakness, ” they don’t call you Devon’s best carpet cleaners for nothing you know ” and i suppose she was right, so until you, our customers stop telling us we are the best at what we do, we will continue to do what we do better than anyone else.
