Here is a simple but very effective tip to help keep your carpets looking good

Always use doormats at the major entrances to your home, and make sure they are good quality ones too, we recommend heavy duty coir entrance mats, they do their job well and you won’t need to replace them for a long time.

Any time there is a transition from a hard surface to a carpeted floor in your home it is a good idea to place a mat there also, they will greatly reduce the amount of soil that gets taken onto the carpet over a period of time.
